Refund Policy

If, for some reason, you can no longer attend the Speed Friending event you have signed-up for, please contact me at my email meganostenevents@gmail.com. 

There are a few options:

~If you are contacting me WITHIN 24 hours of completing the payment portion of registration:

• We can transfer your payment to a different event (at no extra charge) OR
• You can receive a complete refund of the registration fee

~If you are contacting me AFTER 24 hours of completing the payment portion of registration but BEFORE 48 hours of the start time of the registered event:

• We can transfer your payment to a different event (at no extra charge) OR
• You can receive a 75% refund of the registration fee

~If you are contacting me WITHIN 48 hours of the start of the registered event

(as I have already read over your questionnaire, matched you with other participates, and I will have to make changes to the pairings last minute)

• We can transfer your payment to a different event (there will be an extra charge of 50% of the registration fee) OR
• You can receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee

~If you are contacting me WITHIN 24 hours of the start of the registered event 

(as I have already read over your questionnaire, matched you with other participates, and I will have to make changes to the pairings last minute)

• I'm very sorry but I cannot offer any refunds or transfer your funds to a different event. You will have to re-register for another event and pay the full registration fee (but, if you already filled out the questionnaire, please contact me at my email (meganostenevents@gmail.com) so you do not have to fill it out the questionnaire again)

If you are unhappy with your experience during the Speed Friending Event, I would love for you to email me your thoughts at meganostenevents@gmail.com. I sadly cannot offer a refund once the event has been completed, but I would love to speak with you about your experience! As always, much love~
